Sale of Residential Real Estate
We have the expertise to assure a smooth real estate transfer or sale. We will work with you from contract
acceptance to closing for fees starting at $400.00.
No Closing to attend. In many cases, we can arrange for the seller of real estate
to sign those documents necessary to effectuate the transfer in advance of the closing, preventing the seller from having
to sit through a lengthy closing.
